Sales Conditions
For an order of a Meritest^® 712

1. Note:

   • o Except where expressly noted, all given prices are without taxes for equipment departing from our Meritest European Center de Palamos - Spain. Our clients will be responsible for all charges (transport, insurance, eventual importation duties and taxes) associated with the importation of the equipment into their country.

   • European Community residents, if you do not possess a European Tax ID Number, we will have to assess the 7% Spanish sales tax to our equipment and 16% of the shipping charges - the current local sales tax in Spain.

   • Origin of the MERITEST 712 : Switzerland.

   • The Meritest® 712, Bioresonance device, is a WELL-BEING device for qualified persons, in their daily research of a biophysical equilibrium. They are considered as Experimental devices used to research and evaluate the Bioresonance technology. However it is the client's responsibility to comply with the legislation of his or her country.
      

2. Payment

   • o As far as payment are concerned, and generally, only bank transfers (Swift) will be accepted. Our banking information is available on demand.
      

3. Shipping

   • Please contact us for delays for the Meritest® 712. However, in most cases, shipping will be down within 2 business days after confirmation of payment by our bank.
      

4. Warranty

   • 1 year on parts and labor in our European Center in Spain, except for batteries. In case of a repair under warranty, the freight costs to Spain will be the owner’s responsibility; freight cost back to the client will be our responsibility once it has been verified that the repair was justified under the warranty.

Test-Kits

1. Note:

   • Most of the Test-Kits come from Switzerland and Germany and are available SOLELY to clients of the Meritest devices. Because of the origin of certain kits, they are better suited to the local needs (Europe). We strongly encourage our clients outside of Europe to create themselves their own test-kits with local products, better suited to the need of the local population.

   • Please, refer yourself to the current legislation in your country for the importation of these Test-Kits.
      

2. Payment

3. Shipping

   • Any order for Test-Kits will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. Please contact us for more details.
