Sales Conditions
For our ElectroAcupuncture Devices - Meritest^® 707B and 705.

1. Note:

   • Except where expressly noted, all given prices are without taxes departing from our Meritest European Center in Palamos - Spain. Our clients are responsible for all charges (transport, insurance, eventual import duties and taxes) in regards to an importation in their country.

   • European Community residents, if you do not possess a European Tax ID Number, we will have to assess the 7% Spanish sales tax to our equipment and 16% of the shipping charges - the current local sales tax in Spain.

   • Origin of the Meritest® 707B and 705: CEE.

   • The Meritest®, ElectroAcupuncture devices according to the Dr. Voll (E.A.V.), are OBSERVATION and WELL-BEING devices allowing the research of an energetic equilibrium. They are considered Experimental devices used to research and evaluate the E.A.V. technology, however it is the client's responsibility to follow the legislation of his or her country.
      

2. Payment

   • Bank transfers (Swift) are the only acceptable form of payment. Our banking information will be provided on request.
      

3. Expedition

   • Except for important quantities (contact us), the Meritest® 705 and 707B, and available on stock. There are usually sent within 2 business days after confirmation of payment by our bank.
      

4. Warranty

   • 1 year on parts and labor in our European Center in Spain, except for batteries. In case of a repair under warranty, the freight costs to Spain will be the client’s responsibility; freight cost back to the client will be our responsibility once it has been verified that the repair was justified under the warranty.
